- Privacy by design. Patient plans stay on your phone, and each plan lives inside its link. We never see patient information.
How it works
- Choose a plan and pay securely with Stripe.
- You get a clinic code. Open it on your iPhone with Tend installed.
- On the Clinic plan, send the invite link to the rest of your team.
Questions
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. In Tend, open You → For clinicians → Manage billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you send invoices?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and you can download invoices from Manage billing.
What do you store?
Stripe keeps your billing details. We keep your clinic name with your subscription so it can appear on your plans. Nothing about your patients ever reaches us. See the privacy policy.
Can I pay through Apple instead?
The Clinician plan can also be bought in the Tend app, under You → For clinicians.
